2. What VIOPick Is
VIOPick is a discovery platform for AI-generated films. We do not host videos — we embed publicly available content from YouTube, Vimeo, and other platforms. Copyright remains with original creators and their hosting platforms.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must be 16 or older to register
- One account per person
4. Content You Submit
When you submit a film, create a collection, or post a rating, you confirm that:
- You are not violating any copyright
- The content is genuinely AI-generated
- You are not submitting spam or misleading content
VIOPick reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
- Create fake accounts or submit false content
- Scrape or copy VIOPick content commercially
- Use VIOPick to distribute harmful content
6. AI-Generated Content Label
All content on VIOPick is labeled as AI-generated in compliance with the EU AI Act and applicable transparency regulations.
7. Embeds and Copyright
VIOPick embeds videos from third-party platforms. We do not store video files. Copyright and content responsibility remains with the original creators and their hosting platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
8. Disclaimer
VIOPick is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all embedded content will remain available.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
